William “Bill” Wrang IV has over 8 years of diverse commercial real estate experience at both the institutional and entrepreneurial levels across multiple asset classes including office, retail, industrial, multifamily, as well as other specialty property types with groups such as CBRE, Jumbo Capital, and Newmark in Boston, MA and South Florida. 

 

He completed a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Miami in 2023.
