Kurt Mathewson has over 25 years’ experience in commercial real estate beginning as a retail tenant rep specialist with CBRE in the Indianapolis metro. He then spent several years with Lauth Property Group, leading their retail group before starting his own firm building projects including shopping centers, Dollar General stores plus, mixed-use developments.

Kurt’s experience and passion for retail gives his clients the comfort of knowing that he will always keep the owner’s best interest in mind, as if it were his own property.  Leasing is the backbone of every property.  Kurt has experience negotiating leases from 1,200 sf Papa Johns, to 65,000 sf Kroger grocery anchor deals.  Other past clients include: Menards, Lowes, Pep Boys, Boston Market, Dollar General just to name a few.

In addition to leasing, Kurt has vast experience handling projects from start to finish including site selection, zoning and permits, financing, project management, leasing, property management and asset sales. Kurt is the consummate commercial real estate professional.

Born and raised in the Midwest, Kurt graduated from Indiana University and spent 25 years in commercial real estate in Indiana.  After selling his properties and companies in Indiana, Kurt moved to West Palm Beach with his wife Liz in 2012.  Together they have 3 grown children and one grandchild (on the way).
